You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery of your purchase. If you receive a damaged package or item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the item as soon as possible.
If 30 days or more have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at Support@nonigifts.com. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with images and details of the product and the defect.
